Week of Rivers Clinic Coordinator
Our Week of Rivers Clinic Coordinator for 2025 is Jacki Zevenbergen.
Jacki is a member of CCC and Three Rivers Paddle Club, and a Keel-Haulers Canoe Club trustee. 2025 will be her 5th year at week of rivers. She is a retired conservation education program manager- where she organized events to educate teachers, students, public officials, and the general public about watershed health. Jacki can be found on mostly class II and III rivers in OH, PA, WV, MD and the Carolinas when the rivers are flowing in spring, summer and fall. Although she occasionally paddles in the winter, she mostly spends the frozen months in roll practice and skiing.

I’m excited to be the 2025 WOR Clinic Coordinator! I know that most members are trying to paddle every river within their skill set during WOR but if you have a clinic idea, please let me know via email to WORClinics@carolinacanoeclub.org. If you have a group of members who would actually take time off to attend the clinic that you suggest, that idea gets bonus points.
