Calling Trip Coordinators

While there are a few trips posted to the CCC Calendar for April (the Novice Trip and Easter Trip come to mind), the calendar for April and May is looking sparse for trips!  Here’s where I encourage you to coordinate a trip!  Just imagine the amount of kayaking if every member posted Just One Trip to the calendar every year.

Hesitant? Did you know the CCC website has a number of resources for trip coordinators? You can enable even registration for your trip (https://www.carolinacanoeclub.org/trip-management/). If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to drop me a line.

Don’t quite know where you’ll go because water is hard to predict? Follow the examples of The Novice trip, Jenny Wiley’s trips, and Dave Johnson’ s upcoming “Coordinator’s Choice” trip, where the date is announced so you can plan, but the destination can vary.

And if that’s not enough to encourage you to coordinate a trip, the CCC offers incentives for trip coordinators!
