WOR Yoga with Cathy Woods
Yoga Practitioner Cathy Woods has been leading yoga stretch sessions at Week of Rivers for many years and we are excited to have her back once again. Join Cathy on scheduled mornings from 7-8 am under the Smoky Mountain Meadows Pavilion for a gentle stretch to get you ready for a day on the river. Cathy welcomes beginner and experienced students. Participants are urged to bring mats but if you forget yours don't let that keep you from joining the session. Let Cathy know you need one of her loaners. CCC asks for a $5 donation per participant for each of Cathy's yoga session.
