When: Wednesday July 6th, 9:30am – 12pm
Where: Meet at NOC Outfitter Store at 9:30 am
What: Long Boat clinic (Greenboat, Karma UL, Stinger or old school long boats, etc.)
Abstract: Long boating is all the rage. It develops river running skills, fitness and technique that all translate back to your shorter boat. These boats aren’t just designed just for the Green Race … they are every bit of fun (if not more) on the Nantahala, or elsewhere.  Once you figure out a long boat, your shorter boats become so much easier to handle.  That long boat glide and speed is also so addictive.  Dagger Greenboat, Jackson Karma UL and Liquidlogic Stingers are available from the NOC to demo … or bring your own.
