It is time for our 5 year Stakeholder meeting regarding the whitewater flows required by the Federal license for the Roanoke Rapids Dam.  Before I send out a doodle poll to determine a date, I wanted to check to see I you were interested in taking part and if you knew of others that you think should be involved.
