Announcement of By Law Revisions & Voting

Dear Club Members,

Your Bylaws Committee (Chair Dana Hoffman, Ken Dubel, Paul Ferguson, Mark Hoffman, Grant Howard, Wendy Krause, Spencer Muse, Rick Steeves and Camille Warren) and Webmaster (Rick Steeves) have committed a significant amount of time thoroughly reviewing and revising our club by laws.  I would especially like to thank Dana Hoffman and Rick Steeves, who have gone above and beyond in preparing and formatting these changes for a vote.  When you log in you will see that there are a substantial number of changes ranging from minor to significant.  There are discussion forums for every section containing changes.  Please ask questions and committee members will try to address them.  And please join me in thanking the committee for all of their time and effort.

The proposed changes to the club by laws have been posted.  Notice of a vote on by law changes is required to be one month.  This period will be followed by a 12 day online voting period.  The notice period is from May 2nd to June 2nd.  Online voting is from June 2nd to June 13th.
