Raleigh Whitewater Next Steps March 4 Event
Elizabeth Gardner and the Falls Whitewater Park Committee send sincere thanks to everyone who came out to the film fest on Sunday. The city of Raleigh is hosting a planning workshop on March 4th if you’re interested. You can give input on your wishes for the park ( Whitewater is only an option— it’s not guaranteed.) If you can’t make it, and even if you do, it’s really important for everyone to respond to the survey that is released on March 4th. We will send you a reminder and a link. Thank you!!
The March 4th Design Public Workshop time and location have been set. It will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM at Campbell Lodge in Durant Nature Park, Raleigh NC. You get to it from Gresham Lake Road (not Durant Road). Address is 3237 Spottswood Street, Raleigh NC (Google Maps link below). This will be a critical meeting for the public to provide input on the design elements of the park.
