Facebook Coordinator:

Job responsibilities:

– Being a point of contact for the club board regarding Facebook and usage of it.
– Clarification of content policy.
– Helping to resolve issues relating to content on the Facebook group.
– Working with moderators on questions of whether violations in the group occurred or not.
– Informing users of content violations (shared responsibility with mods/admin persons).
– Finding new moderators/admins as people leave.
– Updating Facebook policy and rules as they pertain to the club.

This position is a staff position, it is unpaid volunteer work. The position is not voted in by the club membership. New candidates are presented to the board and the board votes them in directly.
